Hello friends!
I hope everyone had a great night. My hubby and I were too exhausted from the weekend to go to the gym last night, so we decided to skip it, get pho and build our little baby’s crib. I think it took us longer to get rid of the boxes and the packaging of the crib than actually building it.
Something about building the crib and setting it up in the nursery makes the whole thing seem more real. I can’t really explain it, but seeing Erik standing in the nursery brings tears to my eyes.
In 19 or so weeks our little one will be here to enjoy this room. I still cannot believe it. And after we find out if we are having a boy or girl it will seem even more real than it already does.
I cannot wait to start putting the finishing touches on the room. That will be a slower process than the furniture building because I want to enjoy it. I wanted to put all the big items in the nursery while I am comfortable and can help Erik move stuff around 
And now all we are waiting for is the chair!!!
I hope there is enough room in there to put the chair… I don’t want to have to send it back 
Fingers crossed that I won’t have to.
FIVE more days until we find out if we are team pink or team blue! Last night after work I went to Party City and got all the decorations for the party. Now it’s just a waiting game…. HURRY UP SUNDAY!

My friend actually has it in her drawer at work.. it’s locked..I’ve never wanted to break into someone’s stuff so badly in my life haha.

Your nursery looks great so far! How awesome that you get to find out what you are having in just a few days! I think at this point we’re going to end up waiting to buy nursery furniture til we find out what we’re having. I can’t commit til I can envision the whole thing for either a boy or girl. I find out in less than two weeks!
