I’m a PC

Hello friends!

A few things before we get to my post today.. #1- If you made a comment on my Bendiful Watch giveaway and do not see it there, please try again.  I am not really sure what is happening but some of the comments seem to be going on the old server (weird).  Also I am not really sure what is going on, but when I try and access my blog on a Mac it goes to the old server as well… Yet another reason why “I am a PC”.

Remember when I said I was going to open an Etsy Store for my knitting?  Well I thought of a name and am currently working on some of my scarves!  I am also working on a page on here to keep you guys informed on my current projects.  I don’t really know if anyone will buy them, but I will try! And you will be able to comment to let me know if there is a specific color/color combo you want me to make.

On the running front, I ran 2 miles again today, it was a bit harder than it was on Tuesday, but I blame it on my shoes.  I bought some new shoes on Black Friday, but had the genius idea of having my hubby wrap them and put them under the tree for Christmas.  I’ve been running in my old shoes for the past 3 days, and now have a huge blister on my arch.  So you know what I did this morning when I got back from the gym? Yea, I opened my “Christmas gift” from “Santa”, and will be wearing them when I run tomorrow.  I am not proud of it, but it had to be done, if I had waited until Christmas to open them I believe my entire foot would have fallen off.

Last night we went over to my mom’s house for dinner, and we had Erik’s favorite Iranian dish. It is called Loobia Polo, which means green bean rice.

This stuff is soooo good.  And because it is my hubby’s absolute favorite dish, I asked my mom to teach me how to make it. I am determined to make this next week, I promise!  I need to start learning how to make Iranian food, all of my friends (and my hubby) always tell me to learn and I brush them off, but now I am serious, I will learn 🙂  Perhaps I will add a featured Iranian dish post every so often!  I know now things are getting crazy around here, ha.

Whelp, it’s Thursday and we have a birthday to celebrate tonight, my friend Brandy!  Can’t wait, must prepare myself for some wicked shenanigans.

Have a great day!
