Whew!

Hello friends!

Thank you guys for letting me know that my site was down and was HACKED again! But it is fixed now, and hopefully it won’t happen again!

Yesterday I started getting back on the healthy eats train. ย I am eating smaller, cleaner meals with a few healthy snacks thrown in the mix.

I will try and do a better job tomorrow capturing pictures, but for breakfast I made little veggie quiches with egg whites, orange pepper, and spinach. Snack #1 was a part skim cheese stick ๐Ÿ™‚ mm so good.

Lunch was also un-pictured, mostly because it was pretty boring. ย Grilled chicken on a bed of romaine lettuce.

Snack #2- celery with a wedge of light laughing cow cheese

um NOT a fan of laughing cow cheese, so I don’t think I will be eating this again.

Dinner was ah-mazing.

Broiled Rosemary- Lemon salmon, steamed asparagus

and a side salad

SOoooo very good. And for dessert…. Sugar Free fudgesicle!

I already feel more energized! ย I cannot wait to get back into the gym. ย We plan on going tomorrow morning! WOOT!

    Clean eating = happy eating. I always feel SO much better when I have fruits & veggies in my life.
