Thank you guys for letting me know that my site was down and was HACKED again! But it is fixed now, and hopefully it won’t happen again!
Yesterday I started getting back on the healthy eats train. I am eating smaller, cleaner meals with a few healthy snacks thrown in the mix.
I will try and do a better job tomorrow capturing pictures, but for breakfast I made little veggie quiches with egg whites, orange pepper, and spinach. Snack #1 was a part skim cheese stick 🙂 mm so good.
Lunch was also un-pictured, mostly because it was pretty boring. Grilled chicken on a bed of romaine lettuce.
Snack #2- celery with a wedge of light laughing cow cheese
um NOT a fan of laughing cow cheese, so I don’t think I will be eating this again.
Dinner was ah-mazing.
Broiled Rosemary- Lemon salmon, steamed asparagus
and a side salad
SOoooo very good. And for dessert…. Sugar Free fudgesicle!
I already feel more energized! I cannot wait to get back into the gym. We plan on going tomorrow morning! WOOT!
