We are buckled down here on the east coast waiting for Sandy to pass us by. I hope that everyone in the storm’s path stays safe.
This weekend we finally carved our pumpkins and they turned out better than I imagined! We went over to Erik’s parents house Sunday morning for brunch. I made the Pumpkin French Toast
With a nice side of bacon
Oh man it was soooo good. I highly recommend this recipe (I used a whole can of pumpkin puree instead of the recommended 1/2 cup, sooo worth it). After breakfast we started our pumpkin carving.
Lauren is a bit scary with the big knife..
It took us a good 3-4 hours to finish up our pumpkins…
