Here we are at 29 weeks, 11 more to go!
I cannot believe I will be 30 weeks next week. The weeks are just flying by now and with the holidays coming around I just know that the last 11 weeks are going to fly by even faster. Well a part of me at least hopes they do, while I have had a great pregnancy (so far, knock on wood), I am ready to meet our little guy.
As I settle into the third trimester, I am starting to believe the books and websites that say that the second trimester is your “honeymoon” stage and that the third trimester brings back first trimester fatigue and heartburn.. bleh. I am once again exhausted, and I swear I could just put my head down on my desk and fall asleep around 1-2 everyday. Obviously I can’t, and not because I am at work, but because my belly is too big for my to comfortably put my head on my desk.. #pregnancyproblems
I’ve been getting some heartburn again, even when I take my zantac everyday 😦 it’s not too bad and usually goes away after I take some tums, but man I can’t imagine how bad it would be if I didn’t take the Zantac! Also this week, since it has been so unseasonably warm around here my fingers have been swelling up a bit. I had 3 days when it was over 65 degrees in which I had to take my rings off because I was scared they were going to get stuck! I have been eating a lot of bananas to reduce the amount of salt and water my body is retaining and it seems to be working 🙂
I also ordered our crib mattress this past week and it came in the mail yesterday.
I need to buy my crib sheets and crib bumper.. oh ya and a diaper pail haha fun… Those are the last few things I need for the nursery, then I will do a nursery tour, even though you have seen pretty much all of it.

Wedding Rings on or off: Three days this week I had to take them off.. but it was super hot, now they are back on!
