Happy 35 weeks to me! Five weeks left and time is slooowly moving by.
I feel like I look more and more tired with each picture! I swear I wasn’t even that tired yesterday. In comparison to my picture from 2 years ago I look really run down. My belly is also so much lower this time and really round. Like I said before the shape of my belly probably explains why I’ve been having different pains this time around.
We have her nursery almost ready to go. I ordered the crib mattress this past week and it should be at our house by early next week. Then I can spend next weekend finishing up her nursery so I can feel more at ease with being “prepared”. Here is a little sneak peak at her nursery.
I can’t get over how cute this darn room is. Sorry those pictures are a bit blurry, I took them real quick with my phone. I will be taking better ones when the room is 100% done so I can post them up here.
Other than the nursery, I really need to start making some freezer meals. This time around it is going to be a lot harder to prep for meals after she is born because we have to take into account what Liam will eat. He has been getting less picky, but man there are just some things that will never go near his mouth.
My heartburn has been out of control this week, like fire breathing dragon out of control. Luckily, I had an appointment with my doctor early this past week and was told I could increase my dosage of Zantac to 150mg twice a day! I’ve been taking 150mg in the morning and only 75mg at night. It seems to be helping quite a bit. Sometimes I do wake up in the middle of the night feeling like my insides are on fire, but I pop a few tums in my mouth and back to sleep I go.Oh sleep, yes, precious sleep. I woke up in the middle of the night to pee, which is typical at this point, but I have the hardest time falling back asleep. I guess my body is gearing up again for those late nights and early morning wake up calls. I have to admit, it has been so nice being able to have our alone time after Liam goes to bed. I just have to keep telling myself that we will be back at this point again sometime later this year. Just keep swimming!
Alright enough rambling!
