20 lbs down 25 lbs to go!

Hello friends!

I am back at it again! FINALLY working out and it feels so good. Today I started P90x3 again for the 100th time and boy am I out of shape.

20150224_104708I’ve hit a plateau in my weight loss; I know it’s only been three weeks but I want to do something to kickstart my weight loss again. So I decided I needed to start P90x3 and see how I felt. After this first workout I feel amazing. Well.. I am super out of shape, and I struggled during the workout but I did not feel any pain so now I know my body is ready to get back in shape.

I decided that this time around I was going to try the Lean version of the P90x3 program, I will let you all know how it goes.  I am pretty excited that I fit into jeans that I wore a few months after Liam was born, I still have the obvious muffin top situation, but that is to be expected three weeks post delivery.

My goal is to lose 10 lbs before I go back to work, I think I can do it in the time that I have left at home.
