I have been thinking about making some changes in 2016. Now that we are working towards getting Quinn to sleep through the night I want to start working out again. I plan on starting again in the new year, since our nights are still a little unpredictable through the holidays. I think I am going to start with P90x3, then move onto Insanity Max30, or vice versa, I am not sure yet.
I am also working on a new 101 in 1001 list (you can see the link for it in the menu above). Hopefully I will finish the list by the start of the new year so I can get going on it right away.
The last few weeks have been really bad, food wise. I have been eating horribly, and only sticking to my Paleo lifestyle 75% of the time and it feels awful. My stomach is always upset and I feel bloated all the time. Thankfully I haven’t gained any weight back and I am still 12 pounds under my pre-Liam weight, so that is awesome, but I want to get back into the swing of things.
This part of my goals I am going to be starting right away, because I feel awful.
